Walk through <br />should be performed with landlord or landlord's agent, if possible. <br />2) TAKE PICTURES OF ANY AND ALL DAMAGE, DESTRUCTION, DEFERRED <br />MAINTENANCE UNCLEANLINESS AND ITEMS OF POOR CONDITION THAT ARE <br />PRE - EXISTING AT TIME OF MOVE -IN.
