Matter of Approval of Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report <br />(CAPER) of the 2010 -2011 Consolidated Action Plan. <br />The hearing was opened to the public. <br />Karla Goodbody, Davis Street Family Resource Center, addressed the City <br />Council, expressing appreciation to the Council and City staff for supporting her <br />agency in providing services to needy San Leandro residents. <br />There being no further comments from the public, and without objection, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />1.
