Matter of Approval of Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report <br /> (CAPER) of the 2010 -2011 Consolidated Action Plan. <br /> The hearing was opened to the public. <br /> Karla Goodbody, Davis Street Family Resource Center, addressed the City <br /> Council, expressing appreciation to the Council and City staff for supporting her agency <br /> in providing services to needy San Leandro residents. <br /> There being no further comments from the public, and without objection, the public <br /> hearing was closed. <br /> 1. Passed to print. <br /> Public Comments on Item 10.B.: <br /> Mike Miraglia, Miraglia Catering, addressed the City Council, citing problems with the <br /> proposed ordinance, and urging the Council's rejection.
