Applicant is advised that a building permit must be obtained before December 1, <br /> . 2011 in order for the current C.3 Requirements to be in effect. All permits <br /> obtained after that date shall be subject to the new requirements which require <br /> harvesting and re -use, infiltration, evapotranspiration, or biotreatment. Feasibility <br /> or infeasibility requirements for a given project can be analyzed by the Bay Area <br /> Stormwater Management Agencies Association (BASMAA) Low Impact Design <br /> (LID) Feasibility Report. Applicant shall comply with the following high standards for sanitation during <br /> construction of improvements: Garbage cans, construction dumpsters, and debris <br /> piles shall be removed on a minimum weekly basis. All food related trash items <br /> such as wrappers, cans, bottles, and food scraps shall be disposed of in closed <br /> containers only and shall be regularly removed from the site. Inspections, <br /> conducted as part of the regular construction compliance, will be conducted to <br /> • ensure compliance of the applicant and contractors with this requirement. <br /> 0. Applicant shall mark all on site storm drain inlets "No Dumping, Drains to Bay" <br /> prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy. <br /> P. Loading docks shall be graded to minimize run -on to and runoff from the loading <br /> area. Roof downspouts shall be positioned to direct stormwater away from the <br /> loading area. Stormwater runoff•from loading dock areas shall be connected to a <br /> post - construction stormwater treatment measure(s) prior to discharge to the storm <br /> drain system <br /> • <br /> Q. Door skirts between the trailers and the building shall be installed to prevent <br /> exposure of loading activities to rain, unless one of the following conditions <br /> apply: the loading dock is covered, or the applicant demonstrates that rainfall will <br /> not result in an untreated discharge to the storm drain system. <br /> R. Applicant shall provide the number of off - street parking spaces required by the <br /> Zoning Code; the provided parking spaces shall conform to City Standards. <br /> S. Landscaping shall be designed to minimize irrigation and runoff, promote surface <br /> infiltration where possible, minimize the use of fertilizers and pesticides that can <br /> contribute to stormwater pollution and incorporate Bay Friendly Landscaping <br /> principles. <br /> Agreement to Conditions August 4, 2011 <br /> PLN2011 -00019 Page 8 of 15 <br />
