• <br /> used and managed in compliance with the applicable CUPA program regulations <br /> and the facility hazardous materials management plan approved by the CUPA <br /> authority. <br /> X. Applicant shall either post signs prohibiting any work on automobiles outdoors or <br /> provide secondary containment for outdoor work areas. Drains shall not be <br /> installed within the secondary containment areas. <br /> Y. Fire sprinkler test water shall be drained to the sanitary sewer system or drain to <br /> landscaped areas where feasible. <br /> Z. For air conditioning units, air conditioning condensate shall be directed to <br /> landscaped areas. <br /> AA. All washing and /or steam cleaning must drain to the sanitary sewer. Washing or <br /> pressure washing must be performed indoors and managed in such a way that <br /> there is no discharge of soaps or other pollutants to the storni drain. <br /> BB. Any trash area must be roofed and the surrounding grade shall be sloped away <br /> from the enclosure so that storm water does not enter the enclosure. <br /> CC. It is recommended that the storm drain easement and pipe through the property <br /> with frontage on Bancroft shall be moved closer to the southern property line to <br /> avoid any conflicts for potential development on the Bancroft property. <br /> DD. Applicant shall pipe storm drain water to a storni drain inlet. <br /> EE. Applicant shall show all easements on the plan. Structures shall not encroach into <br /> any easement. <br /> FF. Applicant shall install signing and striping items as identified in the attached site <br /> plan to the satisfaction of the City of San Leandro Traffic Engineer. In addition <br /> the following is required on the plans for building permits and implemented to the <br /> satisfaction of the Traffic Engineer. <br /> 1. Pavement arrows shall be painted along the one -way circulation aisle. <br /> 2. A stop sign shall be installed at the driveway facing the outbound traffic. <br /> 3. A I5 -feet Caltrans Detail 22 Centerline shall be painted at the driveway to <br /> separate inbound and outbound traffic flows. <br /> GG. Due to conflict between truck movements and parking spaces shown on Sheet C1.1 <br /> (Exhibit E —Truck Path Egress) deliveries shall be restricted to times when the retail <br /> store is closed. <br /> Agreement to Conditions August 4, 2011 <br /> PLN201 1 -00019 Page 10 of 15 <br />
