California, did enter into a certain contract with AJW CONSTRUCTION, 966 81 AVENUE, OAKLAND, CA 94621, PHONE: (510) 568 -2300, as contractor, for a certain work; of, improvement: to wit ANNUAL SIDEWALK PROJECT 2010 -11, PROJECT NO. 10- 144 -36 -006. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: TRAVELERS CASUALTY AND SURETY COMPANY OF AMERICA, 2603 CAMINO RAMON, SUITE 200, SAN RAMON, CA 94583, PHONE: (925) 242 -2377. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the ANNUAL SIDEWALK PROJECT 2010 -11, PROJECT NO. 10- 144 -36 -006, project is that of public improvements made within public right -of -way in certain lands designated as various city streets in San Leandro. CA, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 17 day of OCTOBER, 2011 by RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -180.
