PLN2009-00006; 2450 Washington Avenue <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />October 2011 <br />Mitigation Measure #26: The applicant shall pay all developer fees required by the San <br />Leandro Unified School District school at the time of building permits. <br />Mitigation Measure #27: The applicant shall pay an impact fee and /or dedicate parkland to <br />offset the increase in park needs resulting from the proposed project. Where on -site <br />parkland is dedicated, it should be improved, maintained, and accessible to the general <br />public in accordance with General Plan Policy 22.02. <br />Mitigation Measure #28: The applicant shall promote the efficient use of existing water <br />supplies through a variety of water conservation measures, including evaluating the <br />potential for the use of recycled water for landscaping in accordance with Zoning Code, <br />Article 19 and General Plan Policy 27.02. <br />Mitigation Measure #29: The applicant shall conserve water through the use of such <br />measures -as- low -flow- plumbing -fixtu res- and - water - saving -appliances -in- accordance with <br />General Plan Policy 27.04. <br />Mitigation Measure #30: The applicant shall be required to pay its fair share of the cost of <br />improving the water, sewer, drainage and other infrastructure systems needed to serve the <br />development through the use fees or other appropriate forms of mitigation in accordance <br />with General Plan Policy 52.02. <br />7 <br />
