The Local Agency agrees to receive and <br /> accept as full compensation therefore the payment provided herein. Local Agency must provide the Department with a copy <br /> of a resolution, order, motion, or ordinance of the local governing body, which by law has authority to enter into an agreement, <br /> authorizing execution of this agreement. <br /> The work is located in the City of San Leandro, at the grade crossing located at the intersection of Hesperian Blvd. and IJPPR <br /> (hereinafter referred to as Railroad) tracks, CPUC No. 001D17.50, Federal DOT No. 749745L.
