File Number: 11 -372 <br />this attractive nuisance and raise revenue for the City while providing the general contractor <br />needed storage space for the WPCP Rehabilitation Project. <br />Previous Actions <br />On May 4, 2009, by Resolution 2009 -062, City Council approved a cooperation agreement <br />between the City and the Redevelopment Agency to undertake redevelopment activities in the <br />area and to acquire 2512 Davis Street for the Eden Road Development Project. <br />Committee Review and Actions <br />At its meeting on October 11, 2011, the Facilities and Transportation Committee <br />recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement to <br />use the site as long as it is legally permitted. The City Attorney has determined that it is legal <br />to do so. <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />Revenue of $2,664 per month will be realized, which will be $47,952 for the initial 18 -month <br />period.
