MONITORING STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES <br />The City's CDBG and HOME monitoring procedures include a guidance on providing technical <br />assistance, a monitoring check sheet, and an outline of the steps in the monitoring process, which <br />includes review of monthly requests for reimbursements, quarterly reporting requirements, and <br />on -site monitoring visits.
