Alameda CTC Paratransit Program Implementation Guidelines Attachment A: Paratransit Service Requirements All programs funded partially or in full by Measure B revenue must abide by the following paratransit service requirements. In cases where these requirements affect current service parameters, there will be a grace period of one year to come into compliance with these requirements. Programs must be in full compliance with the requirements by the end of fiscal year 2012 -2013. Any new service started after adoption of the Paratransit Program Implementation Guidelines must abide by the following service requirements. Each of the services listed below are eligible to be funded through Measure B and the VRF revenues. The following chart summarizes these service types along the basic customer experience parameters. ADA Paratransit (Mandated Services) Programs mandated by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are a service type that is eligible for funding from Measure B and /or VRF revenues. These programs are implemented and administered according to federal guidelines that may supersede these guidelines; however all ADA - mandated programs funded through Measure B or the VRF are subject to the terms of the Master Funding Agreement.
