Alameda CTC Paratransit Program Implementation Guidelines <br />Attachment A: Paratransit Service Requirements <br />All programs funded partially or in full by Measure B revenue must abide by the following <br />paratransit service requirements. In cases where these requirements affect current service <br />parameters, there will be a grace period of one year to come into compliance with these <br />requirements. Programs must be in full compliance with the requirements by the end of fiscal year <br />2012 -2013. Any new service started after adoption of the Paratransit Program Implementation <br />Guidelines must abide by the following service requirements. <br />Each of the services listed below are eligible to be funded through Measure B and the VRF <br />revenues. The following chart summarizes these service types along the basic customer experience <br />parameters. <br />ADA Paratransit (Mandated Services) <br />Programs mandated by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are a service type that is <br />eligible for funding from Measure B and /or VRF revenues.
