Alameda CTC Transit Center Development Program Implementation Guidelines <br />a. The local match portion of the Metropolitan Transportation Commission <br />(MTC) Transportation for Livable Communities Program for planning and <br />capital proj ects. <br />b. A match to the MTC Transportation and Land Use (T -PLUS) program for <br />TOD -TAP. <br />Funding for consultant services, studies and plans for the Alameda CTC <br />administered TOD -TAP. <br />Section 6. Adoption of Implementation Guidelines <br />A. Implementation Guidelines are adopted by the Alameda CTC on an as- needed basis. <br />Changes to Implementation Guidelines will be brought through the Alameda CTC's <br />Technical Advisory Committee for review and comment, as well as any other <br />Alameda CTC committees as necessary, for comment before changes are adopted by the <br />Alameda CTC Board. <br />
