Local Transportation Technology: <br />VRF local transportation technology grant funds are awarded on a <br />discretionary basis through a competitive grant program. Any recipient of such a grant award <br />shall enter into a separate agreement with Alameda CTC prior to receipt of such funds. <br />b. The VRF Local Transportation Technology Program <br />Implementation Guidelines provide program eligibility and fund usage guidelines, definitions, <br />additional requirements, and guideline adoption details. Said guidelines are hereby incorporated <br />into this AGREEMENT by reference. <br />4. Mass Transit: <br />Measure B pass - through funds are allocated to the transit operators <br />based on a set of percentages of net revenues generated by the Measure B sales tax. These <br />percentages are attached hereto as Exhibit A and by this reference made a part of this <br />AGREEMENT. Allocations may change in the future based on transit service changes. <br />Recipients are not required to enter into a separate agreement with Alameda CTC prior to receipt <br />of such funds. <br />b. Measure B and VRF mass transit grant funds are awarded on a <br />discretionary basis through competitive grant programs. Any recipient of such a grant award <br />shall enter into a separate agreement with Alameda CTC in conformance with the Mass Transit <br />Program Implementation Guidelines prior to receipt of such funds. <br />
