Resolution - Council <br />File Number: 12 -086 Agenda Section: CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO: City Council <br />FROM: Chris Zapata <br />City Manager <br />BY: Uchenna Udemezue <br />Engineering & Transportation Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW: Carla Rodriguez <br />Deputy Finance Director <br />TITLE: ADOPT: Resolution for Appropriation of Measure B Bicycle and Pedestrian <br />Funds for the Bancroft Avenue and 136th Avenue Traffic Signal Project, <br />Project No. 11- 150 -38 -330, State Project No. SR2SL- 5041(038) (provides for <br />the appropriation of $55,000 from Measure B Bicycle and Pedestrian Funds) <br />WHEREAS, Measure B has made funds available to the City by the Alameda County <br />Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC); and <br />WHEREAS, the Bancroft Avenue and 136th Avenue Traffic Signal Project was <br />forwarded to the Alameda CTC as a high priority Bicycle and Pedestrian Project with the <br />completion of the 2010 Update of the City's Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the said funds be incorporated <br />into the Bancroft Avenue and 136th Avenue Traffic Signal project. <br />follows: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />That an appropriation of funds be made from Measure B Bicycle and Pedestrian funds <br />in the amount of $55,000. <br />City of San Leandro Page 1 Printed on 312712012 <br />
