IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -027 <br /> RESOLUTION FOR APPROPRIATION OF MEASURE B BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN <br /> FUNDS FOR THE BANCROFT AVENUE AND 136 AVENUE TRAFFIC SIGNAL <br /> PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 11- 150 -38 -330, STATE PROJECT NO. SR2SL- 5041(038) <br /> WHEREAS, Measure B has made funds available to the City by the Alameda County <br /> Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Bancroft Avenue and 136 Avenue Traffic Signal Project was forwarded <br /> to the Alameda CTC as a high priority Bicycle and Pedestrian Project with the completion of the <br /> 2010 Update of the City's Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the said funds be incorporated into <br /> the Bancroft Avenue and 136` Avenue Traffic Signal project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That an appropriation of funds be made from Measure B Bicycle and Pedestrian funds in <br /> the amount of $55,000. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Cutter and passed and adopted this 2nd day of April, <br /> 2012, by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
