SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE FINANCE <br />TITLE 6, Chapter 4 FISCAL YEAR 2013 PROPOSED FEES <br />§6.4.100: FEES. The following fees have been established by the City Council pursuant to various provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code (SLMC), San Leandro Administrative Code (SLAC) or the general laws of the State of California. <br />Description Current Fee Reference I Proposed Fee I Explanation of Proposed Fee Change for 2012 -13 <br />LIBRARY SERVICES DEPARTMENT <br />4 <br />Meeting Facility Fees (Continued) <br />OTHER FEES: <br />(Fees are the same for all categories) <br />-- Attendant on Duty <br />$25 /hr <br />-- Opening /Closing Fee (when needed) <br />$25 /hr <br />-- Liability Insurance <br />Fees determined for each use. <br />-- San Leandro Police Dept. Security <br />Fee determined by current overtime rates for <br />p olice personnel. <br />-- Private Vendor Security <br />Fee determined by current hourly rates, nature of <br />event and number of participants. <br />-- Utilities <br />Fee determined by average current hourly costs. <br />-- Portable Dance Rental <br />$100 <br />-- Meeting Room Damage Deposit <br />$50 - $250, depending upon room size <br />Equipment Rental <br />Fees based on current replacement costs. <br />CANCELLATION PENALTY: <br />(Rooms) <br />If cancelled more than 90 days prior to event: <br />Full refund of deposit and fees. <br />If cancelled between 90 days and 30 days prior to event: <br />Forfeit full damage deposit. <br />If cancelled between 30 days and 10 days prior to event: <br />Forfeit full damage deposit and one half (1/2) of <br />all fees collected. <br />If cancelled less than 10 days prior to event: <br />Forfeit all deposits and fees collected. <br />
