(3) As part of the Police Department's inspection of taxi cabs, verification of the City Council approved (512111) flag drop rate of $3.00, $2.60 mileage rate and $26.00 wait fee /hour will be conducted to ensure compliance with SLMC 6-6 -400, effective June 1, 2011.
