SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE FINANCE <br />TITLE 6, Chapter 4 FISCAL YEAR 2013 Adopted FEES <br />§6.4.100: FEES. Extra Inspection Fees <br />' Temporary Certificate of Occupancy per 30 days <br />(1) Deficient or defective work, or otherwise through fault or error on the part of <br />the holder of permit or his /her employees <br />One inspection made under the regular fees as <br />'provided herein <br />Each and every further extra inspection visit <br />€ Direct Cost (1) with a minimum of one hour <br />(2) Incorrect Address or location of work <br />Direct Cost (1) with a minimum of one -half hour <br />(3) Amending application to increase the number of devices authorized for <br />installation or repair after permit has been issued and before any inspection of <br />Fees as stated herein for additional installations <br />(4) Investigation fee for work commenced without first obtaining permits as <br />required by the San Leandro Municipal Code, whether or not a permit is <br />'Fee equal to three (3) times the minimum fees <br />PLUS any required permit fee <br />(5) Code Compliance Inspections at the request of the property owner. <br />Direct Cost (1) with a minimum of one hour <br />(6) Investigation Fee for conditions that are not in compliance with the San <br />Leandro Zoninq and /or Municipal Codes <br />Direct Cost(1) <br />Note: Payment of any investigation fees does not exempt any person from compliance with all other provisions of applicable codes in the <br />execution of the work nor from any other penalties prescribed by law. <br />C. Other Fees and Charges <br />=Automation Update Fee <br />€6% of Permit Fee, Minimum $6.00 per permit type <br />Strong Motion Impact Fee State mandated tax for the Seismic Safety Commission for <br />;seismic monitoring.
