ACTIA 2002 -26 <br /> the SPONSOR to recoup direct costs dedicated to PROJECTS, the SPONSOR may submit <br /> documentation to ACTIA to substantiate requested changes and ACTIA may agree to other rates <br /> and /or dollar limitations to be set forth in the SPECIFIC AGREEMENT. <br /> ACTIA PROJECT Support Costs requested by SPONSOR <br /> If requested by SPONSOR, ACTIA will provide support staff and /or consultant support to <br /> coordinate PROJECTS. Costs for these services will be considered as ACTIA eligible costs and <br /> reimbursed to ACTIA from funds for PROJECTS. These services shall be included in the <br /> SPECIFIC AGREEMENT. <br /> Miscellaneous Costs <br /> The costs of fees from other agencies, including permit fees, or reimbursement for review or <br /> oversight costs needed for the PROJECTS are eligible costs. However, the cost of permits or <br /> fees from the SPONSOR will not be eligible. Utility relocation costs are eligible for <br /> reimbursement according to previous agreements establishing rights for those utilities. The costs <br /> for specialized equipment for testing, analysis or production of documents for project- related <br /> work are also eligible. <br /> Final 5/16/02 Page D-4 <br />
