ACTIA 2002 -26 <br /> XIX. PROGRAM REVIEW <br /> This LBE /SLBE Program will be reviewed annually by the Authority. The Authority <br /> may make such changes in the Program which are required to implement its goals and objectives. <br /> The Executive Director will prepare a quarterly report on all Contracts awarded for the period to <br /> be reviewed by the Authority. <br /> XX. SEVERABILITY <br /> The provisions of this LBE /SLBE Program are declared to be separate and severable. <br /> The invalidity of any clause, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, section or portion of this program, <br /> or the invalidity of the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall not affect the <br /> validity of the remainder of this Program, or the validity of its application to other persons or <br /> circumstances. <br /> XXI.
