Said Plan calls for Conversion Districts to be <br />evaluated on a yearly basis to determine which Districts should be undertaken within the next <br />five years; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and considered a Five -Year Project List for <br />Underground Utility Conversion projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the following Underground Utility Conversion Projects are hereby designated as <br />the 2012 -2013 Five -Year Underground Utility Conversion Project List: <br />a. East 14th Street - Phase 2 - 150th Avenue to Thornton Street <br />b. Merced Street - Marina Boulevard to Fairway Drive <br />c. Eden Road - Doolittle Drive to Davis Street <br />d.
