IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -079 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2012 -3013 FIVE -YEAR PROJECT LIST FOR <br /> UNDERGROUND UTILITY CONVERSION PROJECTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro did, on April 20, 1992, amend <br /> the Underground Utility District Master Plan (Plan). Said Plan calls for Conversion Districts to <br /> be evaluated on a yearly basis to determine which Districts should be undertaken within the next <br /> five years; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and considered a Five -Year Project List for <br /> Underground Utility Conversion projects. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the following Underground Utility Conversion Projects are hereby designated as the <br /> 2012 -2013 Five -Year Underground Utility Conversion Project List: <br /> a. East 14 Street - Phase 2 - 150 Avenue to Thornton Street <br /> b. Merced Street - Marina Boulevard to Fairway Drive <br /> c. Eden Road - Doolittle Drive to Davis Street <br /> d. Marina Boulevard - Doolittle Drive to Monarch Bay Drive <br /> e. MacArthur Boulevard - Superior Avenue to Joaquin Avenue <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Reed and passed and adopted this 2nd day of July, 2012, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: ,7je4L— <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
