IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -098 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> FOR ANNUAL SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM 2012 -13, PROJECT NO. 2013.0050 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro has reviewed and considered <br /> the Categorical Exemption prepared for the Annual Sidewalk Repair Program, Project No. <br /> 2013.0050, and any comments received. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That pursuant to Section 15301(C) of the CEQA Guidelines, the project is <br /> categorically exempt from review; and <br /> 2. That the specifications, special provisions and plans for said project are hereby <br /> approved; and <br /> 3. That bids are hereby called for and the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish <br /> notice thereof once in the official newspaper of the City; and <br /> 4. That said bids shall be submitted to the office of the City Clerk on or before the <br /> date and time specified in the public notice, at which such specified date, time, and place said <br /> bids will be publicly opened and read; and <br /> 5. That said bids, after being publicly opened and read, will be calculated by the <br /> Engineering and Transportation Director; and <br /> 6. That the results of the bidding and the calculation of the Engineering and <br /> Transportation Director will be reported to the City Council at a regular meeting thereafter. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 4th day of September, <br /> 2012, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (6) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: AAA./ , 4.11 • , C ' <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
