Nothing herein shall <br /> •be deemed to restrict the discretion of the Agency with regard to the acquisition of • <br /> any such real property. <br /> Article Thirteen: FREEWAY VISIBLE SIGN AND LEASE <br /> 13.01 Agency Assistance. <br /> Agency has assisted Developer in obtaining a location for the placement of a • <br /> reader board sign advertising the automobile dealerships and related facilities <br /> • <br /> improvements. Such sign shall be in a height and size reasonably acceptable to <br /> Developer. The proposed location of the reader board sign is set forth more <br /> • particularly in the attached Exhibit G.
