The City reserves the right to determine the number and locations <br /> for its fire stations. The City will notify the County in writing within ninety (90) days <br /> . of the decision to establish an alternate fire station location. <br /> Section 7. TRAINING TOWER City shall provide at no cost to ACFD, upon request, <br /> the use of the City's training tower and facility at such times and for such purposes as <br /> the parties shall mutually agree. FIRE BUDGET: The annual cost of services provided hereunder to the City <br /> shall be based on a fire budget containing operational and capital accounts. <br /> a. The fire budget, as modified by the City Manager if . necessary, shall <br /> be included in the City Manager's proposed annual budget. <br /> c.
