If City exercises its right, <br /> Association has the right to reopen negotiations on one <br /> (1) item within the scope of the MOU. <br /> 31.6 Verbal and Written Warnings Appeal Process <br /> verbal warnings: Any employee receiving a' verbal warning <br /> from their immediate supervisor shall have the right to <br /> discuss the warning with the next highest supervisory <br /> level. <br /> written Warrinos: Any employee receiving a written <br /> warning shall have the right, within thirty (30) days to <br /> submit a reasonable amount of rebuttal material to be <br /> attached to the written warning and remain with it in the <br /> permanent Personnel file. In addition, an employee <br /> receiving a written warning shall have the right to appeal <br /> the warning to the City Manager through the Personnel <br /> Director.
