SECTION 23. MAkGEMENT BENEFITS DRAFT <br /> Employees eligible to participate in the Management Benefits and Cafeteria Plan shall continue <br /> to participate in such plan as may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of the <br /> Board of Supervisors. <br /> • SECTION 24. NO STRIKE . NO LOCKOUT <br /> There shall be no lockout or strike, slowdown, work stoppage, job action, or willful absence from <br /> assigned work station, during the life of this Memorandum. The Union agrees to assist <br /> the Department in enforcing the provision of this Section. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • SECTION 25. SCOPE OF AGREEMENNT <br /> • <br /> Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, this Memorandum of Understanding fully and <br /> completely incorporates the understanding of the parties hereto regarding the provisions <br /> contained in this MOU. Neither party shall, during the term of this Memorandum of <br /> Understanding demand any change herein, provided that nothing herein shall prohibit the parties <br /> from changing the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding by mutual agreement. <br /> SECTION 26. ENACTMENT <br /> It is agreed that the foregoing shall be jointly submitted to the Alameda 'County Board of <br /> Supervisors .by the Director of Personnel and Labor Relations on behalf of the Alameda County <br /> Fire Department and the Union for the Board's consideration and approval. Upon such approval, <br /> this Memorandum of Understanding shall supersede and control over conflicting or inconsistent <br /> County or Fire Commissioners resolutions, regulations or policies. <br /> SECTION 27.
