Exhibit"A" <br /> Legal Description <br /> All that certain real property situate in the City of San Leandro,County of <br /> Alameda, State of California, being that portion of the right of way of Eden Road, <br /> a 50 foot wide easement for road and utility purposes described as Parcel 2 of <br /> that certain deed recorded March 4, 1925 in Book 902 of Official Records at page <br /> 475, which lies within the boundary of Parcel 1 as shown on Parcel Map Number <br /> 10036, filed April 12, 2012 in Book 320 of Parcel Maps at pages 17 through 19 <br /> inclusive, more particularly described as follows: <br /> A strip of land 50 feet in width the centerline of which is described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the angle point on the centerline of said 50 foot wide easement <br /> for Eden Road, said point being South 69°35'17"West (South 69°13' West per <br /> the record document), 1175.21 feet from the intersection of the southwest line of <br /> the former Doolittle Drive (60 Feet wide), thence South 50°03'57"West(South <br /> 49°41'40"West per the record document), 20.12 feet to the intersection of the <br /> East line of Parcel 1 as shown on Parcel Map Number 10036, filed April 12, 2012 <br /> in Book 320 of Parcel Maps at pages 17 through 19 inclusive with the centerline <br /> of Eden Road, said intersection being the point of beginning of this description; <br /> thence continuing along said centerline of Eden Road, South 50°03'57"West <br /> (South 49°41'40 West per the record document), 483.28 feet, more or less to a <br /> point on the westerly boundary line of the Rancho San Leandro,the terminus of <br /> this description. <br /> The side lines of said 50 foot strip shall be lengthened or shortened so as to <br /> terminate at the west line of the Rancho San Leandro and on the east Line of <br /> said Parcel 1 as shown on Parcel Map Number 10036, filed April 12,2012 in <br /> Book 320 of Parcel Maps at pages 17 through 19 inclusive. <br /> A plat of the above described parcel of land is attached hereto and labeled <br /> Exhibit"B" and is made a part hereof. <br /> Kier& Wright, Civil Engineers and Surveyors, Inc. <br /> Ad May 31, 2012 <br /> Seth H.
