Alameda CTC Agreement No.Al2-0032 <br /> SECTION I <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> 1. The Recitals above are true, correct and made a part hereof. <br /> 2. This MOU shall be legally binding on the Parties upon execution by both Parties,and by <br /> executing the same, each Party hereby acknowledges that its governing body has given all approvals <br /> necessary therefor. <br /> SECTION II <br /> COSL OBLIGATIONS AND AGREEMENTS: <br /> 1. COSL hereby authorizes the Alameda CTC to deduct from the COSL's regular distribution <br /> of Measure B Bicycle and Pedestrian Pass-Thru Funds, or bill the COSL on a monthly basis,the cost for <br /> the expansion of the Alameda CTC-SR2S for the six(6) additional K-8 public schools for the 2012-13 <br /> school year, in an aggregate amount not to exceed $109,714. <br /> 2. COSL will assign a project coordinator to act as a liaison to Alameda CTC staff. <br /> 3. COSL will facilitate coordination of activities between Alameda CTC's consultant and <br /> COSL's consultant. <br /> 4. COSL will manage the program within the limits of this agreement. <br /> SECTION III <br /> ALAMEDA CTC OBLIGATIONS AND AGREEMENTS: <br /> 1. Alameda CTC will serve as project manager for the Alameda CTC-SR2S; and <br /> 2. Alameda CTC will expand the Alameda CTC-SR2S to cover the following additional <br /> schools in the City of San Leandro for the 2012-13 school year: <br /> a. James Madison Elementary <br /> b. James Monroe Elementary <br /> c. Jefferson Elementary <br /> d. Corvallis Elementary <br /> e. John Muir Middle School <br /> f. Bancroft Middle School <br /> 2 of 5 <br />
