IN‐HOUSE CITY ATTORNEY ANALYSIS <br />____________________________________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br /> An analysis of the cost of in‐house City Attorney must necessarily be based on <br />several assumptions. This analysis uses the following assumptions: <br /> <br />Staff Levels <br /> The benchmark analysis identified useful data on the range of attorney and support <br />staff FTE assigned to City Attorney Office General Services (including RDA/Successor <br />Agency services) in the benchmark cities.
