Many <br />respondents commented that they would like the city to encourage grey water use. An ambitious <br />City composting goal was the most widely supported waste reduction measure, with seventy- <br />eight percent of respondents in support of the idea. Survey takers were least enthusiastic about <br />the goal of making San Leandro a ―zero waste community,‖ which is supported by fifty-six <br />percent of respondents.
