SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE FINANCE <br />TITLE 6, Chapter 4 FISCAL YEAR 2014 Proposed FEES <br />Current Fee Reference Proposed Explanation of FY 2013-14 <br />§ 6.4.100: FEES. The following fees have been established by the City Council pursuant to various provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code (SLMC), San Leandro Administrative Code (SLAC) or the general laws of the State of California. <br />Description <br />LIBRARY SERVICES DEPARTMENT (continued) <br />4 Meeting Facility Fees (Continued) <br />OTHER FEES:(Fees are the same for all categories) <br />-- Attendant on Duty $25/hr <br />-- Opening/Closing Fee (when needed)$25/hr <br />-- Liability Insurance Fees determined for each use. <br />-- San Leandro Police Dept. Security Fee determined by current overtime rates for police personnel. <br />-- Private Vendor Security Fee determined by current hourly rates, nature of <br />event, and number of participants. <br />-- Utilities Fee determined by average current hourly costs. <br />-- Portable Dance Rental $100 <br />-- Meeting Room Damage Deposit $50 - $250, depending upon room size <br />Equipment Rental Fees based on current replacement costs. <br />CANCELLATION PENALTY:(Rooms) <br />If cancelled more than 90 days prior to event:Full refund of deposit and fees. <br />If cancelled between 90 days and 30 days prior to event:Forfeit full damage deposit. <br />If cancelled between 30 days and 10 days prior to event:Forfeit full damage deposit and one half (1/2) of all fees collected. <br />If cancelled less than 10 days prior to event:Forfeit all deposits and fees collected. <br />G:\BUDGET\2013-14 and 2014-15\Fees\Draft 2014 Proposed Master Fee Schedule 18 4/24/2013
