Describe how results from the community outreach and empirical surveys or analysis <br />described in Questions 4 and 5 were used to guide the development of the program plan. <br />(max. 500 characters) <br /> <br />One of the questions on our survey asked what riders would prefer, extended hours of shuttle <br />operation or weekend operations, and the majority of our riders said they would prefer extended <br />hours. This suggestion supports the decision to extend the operating hours of the San Leandro <br />Senior Community Center. <br /> <br /> <br />7. (max. 500 characters) <br /> <br />The Flex Shuttle service is advertised through the following: <br /> City Website <br /> Community Access Channel <br /> Recreation Guide (delivered three times per year) <br /> Information is available at all City locations: Marina Community Center, Senior Community <br />Center, Libraries and City Hall. <br /> Direct Outreach - Staff routinely conducts off-site outreach at neighborhood meetings and senior <br />living facilities. <br /> <br />
