r � <br /> CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> SAN LEANDRO SHORELINE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT EIR <br /> EXHIBIT A: WORK SCOPE AND COSTS <br /> Utility review and impact analyses will include,but not necessarily be limited to the following: <br /> ♦ City of San Leandro for sanitary sewers and lift stations at Marina Boulevard and at the <br /> old Blue Dolphin site. <br /> ♦ East Bay Dischargers Authority(EBDA)for the sewer collector and outfall lines along the <br /> San Leandro Shoreline from the City's Water Pollution Control Plant to the EBDA <br /> Dechlorination Facility near the Estudillo Canal. <br /> ♦ City of San Leandro and Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District <br /> for storm drains including the 60-inch storm outfall at the west end of Fairway Drive. <br /> ♦ Alameda County Industries for solid waste. <br /> ♦ East Bay Municipal Utility District for domestic and fire suppression water services. <br /> (TranSystems will assist the City in preparing a request for a Water Supply Assessment <br /> from EBMUD). <br /> ♦ City of San Leandro, East Bay Municipal Utility District and East Bay Dischargers <br /> Authority for potential reclaimed water supply/uses. <br /> ♦ City of San Leandro for existing and future use of the golf course well and reservoir <br /> system. <br /> ♦ Pacific Gas and Electric Company for gas and electric services. <br /> ♦ AT&T and Comcast for telecommunications and cable television services. <br /> Task D. Alternatives Evaluation <br /> The Planning Center I DC&E will complete an impact analysis for the CEQA-required No <br /> Project Alternative, and two other alternatives. The alternatives analysis will include a <br /> quantitative analysis for vehicle trips, operating emissions, greenhouse gas emissions, and <br /> population. For all other topics analyzed,the analysis will be a qualitative discussion that will <br /> identify the environmentally superior alternative. <br /> Task E Administrative Draft EIRs <br /> The Planning Center I DC&E will prepare first and second Administrative Draft EIRs(ADEIRS) <br /> and submit to City staff for review and comment.
