CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> SAN LEANDRO SHORELINE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT EIR <br /> EXHIBIT A: WORK SCOPE AND COSTS <br /> ♦ City staff will act as a clearinghouse for comments on all administrative draft documents, <br /> and will provide The Planning Center I DC&E with a single, internally reconciled set of <br /> comments on each administrative draft. <br /> ♦ Revisions to screencheck drafts will focus on typographical errors,formatting and other <br /> minor edits. Such revisions will not include content changes. <br /> ♦ Multiple changes from City staff or the project applicant about how to proceed will <br /> require a contract amendment to allow completion of the additional work. <br /> ♦ The Planning Center I DC&E will use Microsoft Word and/or Adobe InDesign for page <br /> layout of reports, plans and similar documents. Additional software such as Adobe <br /> Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, ArcGIS and AutoCAD will be used to create illustrations, <br /> maps,diagrams and other graphics. <br /> ♦ All products will be submitted to the City in electronic(PDF)format, except for printed <br /> copies that are specifically identified in Table 2. This is an allowance only,based on the <br /> numbers of products and copies listed under Task K. If this allowance is exceeded, <br /> additional printing costs will be billed at The Planning Center I DC&E's actual cost <br /> THE PLANNING CENTER I DC&E 29 <br /> MAY 1,2013 <br />
