IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-095 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT(CDBG) <br /> AGREEMENTS FOR FY 2013-2014 BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND CDBG <br /> SUBRECIPIENTS FOR PUBLIC SERVICES GRANTS TO CHILD ABUSE LISTENING, <br /> INTERVIEWING, AND COORDINATION CENTER; DAVIS STREET FAMILY <br /> RESOURCE CENTER; FAMILY EMERGENCY SHELTER COALITION; SERVICE <br /> OPPORTUNITIES FOR SENIORS, INC.; SPECTRUM COMMUNITY SERVICES; AND <br /> EDEN COUNCIL FOR HOPE AND OPPORTUNITY HOUSING <br /> WHEREAS, CDBG public services agreements between the City of San Leandro and <br /> Child Abuse Listening, Interviewing, and Coordination Center(CALICO); Davis Street Family <br /> Resource Center(DSFRC); Family Emergency Shelter Coalition(FESCO); Service <br /> Opportunities for Seniors, Inc. (SOS/Meals on Wheels); Spectrum Community Services <br /> (Spectrum); and Eden Council for Hope and Opportunity Housing (ECHO Housing), copies of <br /> which are attached, have been presented to this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreements. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreements are hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized for <br /> the CDBG public services grant amounts $13,000 for CALICO; $41,520 for DSFRC; $13,000 <br /> for FESCO; $16,900 for SOS/Meals on Wheels; $13,000 for Spectrum; and $10,000 for ECHO <br /> Housing fair housing services. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 1st day of July, 2013, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: ' <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
