City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: July 15, 2013 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:13-300 PUBLIC HEARINGS – CITY <br />COUNCIL <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Chris Zapata <br />City Manager <br />BY:David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:ADOPT: Resolution Overruling Protests (2013 Business License Tax , Solid <br />Waste Service Charges , Sidewalk Repairs, False Alarm Responses , Sewer <br />Service Charges, Certified Unified Program Agency Fees , and Community <br />Compliance Code Enforcement Charges) (overrules protests or objections on <br />assessment proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent 2013 taxes <br />and service charges) <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has conducted a public hearing on the <br />assessments proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent 2013 business license tax, <br />solid waste service charges, sidewalk repairs, false alarm responses, sewer service charges, <br />Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) fees, and community compliance code enforcement <br />charges; said hearing conducted at 7:00 p.m. on July 15, 2013 in the City Council Chambers, <br />City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA 94577. <br />At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property <br />described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed <br />assessments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That each of these protests or objections, written or oral, is hereby overruled. <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 7/9/2013
