F. These conditions of approval shall be prominently posted in the store and shall be <br /> distributed to all staff and participants at the center. <br /> III. ON-SITE IMPROVEMENTS/ADDITIONAL PERMITS <br /> A. Prior to issuance of a business license for the use, the applicant shall submit precise <br /> details for signage to be proposed for the facade of the building, for the review of the <br /> Community Development Director. Said details shall include but are not limited to <br /> location, color or copy. <br /> B. Prior to issuance of a business license for the use, the applicant shall submit details for <br /> the existing and any proposed new lighting for the site. Said lighting shall be subject to <br /> the review and approval of the Community Development Director. <br /> C. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall include a proposal for bike <br /> racks to be installed in the front walkway promenade, subject to the review and <br /> approval of the Community Development Director. <br /> D. Prior to issuance of a building permit for tenant improvements, the applicant shall <br /> include proposals for new garbage and recycling bins to be installed in the front <br /> walkway, subject to the review and approval of the Community Development Director. <br /> E. Prior to issuance of building permits for tenant improvements, applicant shall indicate <br /> location of a cart storage system. <br /> F. Construction of the project shall remain in substantial compliance with the approved <br /> exhibits and plans. Any change to the project design or materials shall be subject to the <br /> review and approval of the Zoning Enforcement Officials who may administratively <br /> approve or require review by the Board of Zoning Adjustments as a modification to <br /> appropriate application approval listed above. <br /> G. Applicant shall obtain the necessary permits for alcoholic beverage retail sales in the <br /> City of San Leandro, including a San Leandro Business License and any necessary <br /> permits required under State law or regulations. <br /> IV. SAN LEANDRO POLICE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Applicant shall install video cameras for security and crime prevention purposes in the <br /> cashier area as well as in front of the building, directed out to the parking lot sufficient <br /> to capture images of cars parked directly in front of the business. <br /> B. Mandatory training by the Alcohol and Beverage Control Department of the State of <br /> California, or its equivalent, shall be required for all cashiers every two years, subject to <br /> the review and approval of the San Leandro Police Department Chief of Police. <br /> C. Cash register systems shall include date of birth entry, or an equivalent identification <br /> monitoring system, subject to the review and approval of the San Leandro Police <br /> Department Chief of Police. <br /> Agreement to Conditions April 4,2013 <br /> PLN2013-00003 Page 4 of 6 <br />
