HMBP quantities above or generating any afnount of hazardous waste requires submittal <br /> of a Small Quantity Registration. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy or final of <br /> a business license, whichever occurs first, a Small Quantity Registration shall be <br /> submitted to Environmental Services for the storage and use of planned hazardous <br /> materials and/or generation of hazardous waste. The registration is subject to the review <br /> and approval of Environmental Services. <br /> B. Compressed gas containers, cylinders, tanks, and systems shall comply with Chapters 27 <br /> and 30 of the 2010 California Fire Code or applicable adopted code at time of <br /> construction. <br /> Compressed gas cylinders and tanks shall be secured to prevent falling due to contact, <br /> vibration or seismic activity per 2010 California Fire Code §3005.5.3 for acceptable <br /> securing methods. Cylinders can also be stored outside in secure gated and locked <br /> enclosures with the exempt amounts listed in the 2010 California Fire Code Table <br /> 2703.1.1(3). <br /> C. All hazardous waste generated on site shall be handled and disposed of pursuant to <br /> applicable local, state and federal law. <br /> D. Discharge of anything other than rainwater to the stormwater collection system, including <br /> street curb and gutter, is strictly prohibited. <br /> IV. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br /> A. All uses and activities shall comply with the provisions of the San Leandro Noise <br /> Regulations (Title IV, Chapter 1 of the Municipal Code). <br /> B. No use, activity, or process shall produce vibrations that are perceptible without instruments <br /> by a reasonable person at the property lines of a site. <br /> C. No use, process, or activity shall produce objectionable dust that is perceptible without <br /> instruments by a reasonable person at the property lines of a site. <br /> D. Uses, activities, and processes shall not produce any unreasonable, disturbing, or <br /> unnecessary emissions of heat or humidity, at the property line of the site on which they are <br /> situated that cause material distress, discomfort, or injury to a reasonable person. <br /> E. Uses, activities, and processes shall not cause electromagnetic interference with normal radio <br /> or television reception or with the function of other electronic equipment beyond the <br /> property line of the site on which they are situated. <br /> V. SIGNS <br /> A. No signs shall be erected without prior approval by the Community Development Director <br /> and after first obtaining a building permit. <br /> VI. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> A.
