Fees for work performed by Contractor on an hourly basis shall not exceed the amounts shown on the fee schedule of hourly billing as follows: BMS Design Group (Contractor) Urban Design,Land Planning,Landscape Architecture Partners $ 150.00 Senior Planner and Designer $ 95.00 Planner and Designer $ 85.00 Junior Staff and Drafting $ 65.00 Administrative Staff $ 50.00 Office of Michael Manwaring(subcontractor) Environmental Graphics and Signage Principal $ 150.00 Project Manager $ 125.00 Partners $ 150.00 Senior Planner and Designer $ 95.00 Senior Designers $ 100.00 Design Assistants $ 85.00 McGill Martin Self.,Inc. (subcontractor) Civil Engineering, Community Planning,Infrastructure Principal $ 165.00 Project Manager $ 145.00 Senior Engineer $ 130.00 Assistant Engineer $105.00 Clerk $ 60.00 Reimbursable expenses are included in the contract amount and shall be limited to reprographics, reproductions,travel expenses,long distance communication,City permit fees,postage and handling,courier,and fax charges related to the project.Reimbursable expenses,combined with the billing for services,shall not exceed the total contract amount. The services to be provided under this Agreement may be terminated without cause at any point in time in the sole and exclusive discretion of City. In this event,City shall compensate the Contractor for all outstanding costs incurred for work satisfactorily completed as of the date of written notice thereof. Contractor shall maintain adequate logs and timesheets in order to verify costs incurred to date. The Contractor is not authorized to perform any services or incur any costs whatsoever under the terms of this Agreement until receipt of a fully executed Purchase Order from the Finance Department of the City of San Leandro.
