5.0 FUNDING STRATEGIES <br /> 5.1 The Contractor shall conduct PMT Meeting 11 to discuss potential funding opportunities. <br /> 5.2 The Contractor shall conduct meeting follow-up and additional research. <br /> 5.3 The Contractor shall prepare a draft summary of the funding strategies to be pursued. <br /> 5.4 The Contractor shall conduct PMT Meeting 12 to present the Summary of Funding <br /> Opportunities and Strategies. <br /> DELIVERABLES: Summary of Funding Opportunities&Strategies <br /> MEETINGS: Two Project Management Team (PMT)Meetings <br /> 6.0 FINAL REPORT <br /> 6.1 The Contractor shall compile the project reports produced in the prior phases. <br /> 6.2 The Contractor shall distribute a draft plan for revisions. <br /> 6.3 The Contractor shall revise the draft plan. <br /> 6.4 The Contractor shall prepare and distribute a final master plan report summarizing the <br /> planning process and the recommendations. <br /> DELIVERABLES: Draft and Final Report, PowerPoint Presentation <br /> MEETINGS: Two Project Management Team (PMT)Meetings, one Community Meeting, two <br /> Advisory Committee(AC)Meetings <br /> EXCLUDED SERVICES <br /> 1.0 Engineering and Environmental Studies. <br /> 2.0 Additional Meetings and Presentations. <br /> 3.0 Perspective Renderings. <br /> 4.0 Scale Models. <br /> 5.0 Other services not specifically identified under Basic Services above. <br /> PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> Phase 1.0 Project Initiation 4 weeks <br /> Phase 2.0-3.0 Programming Site Feasibility Analysis 12 weeks <br /> Phase 4.0 Development Strategies 12 weeks <br /> Phase 5.0 Funding Strategies 2 weeks <br /> Phase 6.0 Final Master Plan Report 4 weeks <br /> This schedule is predicated on receiving timely information and direction from the City.
