5.0 FUNDING STRATEGIES 5.1 The Contractor shall conduct PMT Meeting 11 to discuss potential funding opportunities. 5.2 The Contractor shall conduct meeting follow-up and additional research. 5.3 The Contractor shall prepare a draft summary of the funding strategies to be pursued. 5.4 The Contractor shall conduct PMT Meeting 12 to present the Summary of Funding Opportunities and Strategies. DELIVERABLES: Summary of Funding Opportunities&Strategies MEETINGS: Two Project Management Team (PMT)Meetings 6.0 FINAL REPORT 6.1 The Contractor shall compile the project reports produced in the prior phases. 6.2 The Contractor shall distribute a draft plan for revisions. 6.3 The Contractor shall revise the draft plan. 6.4 The Contractor shall prepare and distribute a final master plan report summarizing the planning process and the recommendations. DELIVERABLES: Draft and Final Report, PowerPoint Presentation MEETINGS: Two Project Management Team (PMT)Meetings, one Community Meeting, two Advisory Committee(AC)Meetings EXCLUDED SERVICES 1.0 Engineering and Environmental Studies. 2.0 Additional Meetings and Presentations. 3.0 Perspective Renderings. 4.0 Scale Models. 5.0 Other services not specifically identified under Basic Services above. PROJECT SCHEDULE Phase 1.0 Project Initiation 4 weeks Phase 2.0-3.0 Programming Site Feasibility Analysis 12 weeks Phase 4.0 Development Strategies 12 weeks Phase 5.0 Funding Strategies 2 weeks Phase 6.0 Final Master Plan Report 4 weeks This schedule is predicated on receiving timely information and direction from the City. Delays in issuing information and/or direction will result in delays to the project schedule. The Contractor shall inform the City when outstanding issues become delay issues.
