IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2013-120 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND THE <br /> SAN LEANDRO MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (SLMO) FOR <br /> THE PERIOD JANUARY I. 2013 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2015 <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement was reached between the negotiators for the City of San <br /> Leandro and the San Leandro Management Organization (SLMO) and ratified by the employees <br /> represented by SLMO; and <br /> WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City and SLMO, for <br /> the period January 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015, has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That said MOU, is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized; and <br /> 2. That the City Manager is authorized to make non-substantial revisions to said <br /> MOU, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br /> 3.
