• <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> • <br /> PLN2013-00021 <br /> 1011 Williams Street <br /> ANA Bay Area Inc. (Applicant) and <br /> Bonnie Chui(Property Owner) <br /> I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> A. The property owner shall comply with attached Exhibit A and B, dated July 31, 2013, <br /> except as hereinafter modified. (Copies are on file in the Community Development <br /> Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California). <br /> Exhibit A — Site Plan <br /> Exhibit B— Floor Plan <br /> II. PERMITTED USE <br /> A. This Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity for a State of California <br /> Alcoholic Beverage Control Type 20 license allows the applicant to have Off-Sale Beer <br /> & Wine within an existing grocery store at 1011 Williams Street; Alameda County <br /> Assessor's Parcel Number 77A-717-2-5, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Alcoholic beverage sales shall be restricted to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 <br /> p.m., 7 days a week. <br /> 2. No wine shall be sold having greater than 15% alcohol by volume except for <br /> "dinner wines" which have been aged two or more years and are maintained in <br /> corked bottles. <br /> 3. Beer, malt beverages or wine cooler products will not be sold by single <br /> containers, regardless of container size, but must be sold in manufacturer pre- <br /> packaged multi-unit quantities. <br /> 4. During alcoholic beverage sale hours, the store shall be staffed with no less than <br /> two (2) employees. <br /> 5. There shall be no exterior advertising or signage of any kind or type, including <br /> advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the <br /> availability of alcoholic beverages. <br /> 6. Signs at least two square-feet in area and with no less than two-inch lettering <br /> shall be installed facing the premises parking lot and read: <br /> NO LOITERING, NO LITTERING, <br /> NO DRINKING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. <br /> VIOLATORS ARE SUBJECT TO ARREST. <br /> 7.
