More recently, <br /> the Next Generation Workplace District Study provided a framework for the transformation of <br /> the surrounding industrial areas, envisioning a future that includes increased services for <br /> workers and high-tech companies in the areas around the Kaiser facility. <br /> Village Marketplace — Located on a � �„ � » » <br /> 1.7 acre site on East 14 Street in % <br /> Downtown San Leandro, the Village <br /> Marketplace holds the potential to be a <br /> catalyst project for Downtown Sang <br /> Leandro.
