Communicate LSL advantage to both traditional industrial <br /> brokers and newer tech-focused brokers. <br /> • Co-working space: Identify sites and operators to run affordable, personal space in an <br /> open, friendly working environment. Presents an opportunity to bring tech innovators <br /> and entrepreneurs together in a community environment. <br /> Activities under Exploration: ; <br /> • Tech Incubators: Tech startups are most often <br /> born in collaborative, community-oriented work <br /> environments that also provide business services <br /> and access to business funding opportunities. <br /> Develop a Highly Qualified Local Workforce - These activities enable improvements in <br /> the quality of San Leandro's workforce and improved job opportunities in tech industries. <br /> Activities in Process: <br /> • Library: Connected to LSL, the library enables fast <br /> fiber access to residents.
