St1N(F Local Appointments List of 2014 Board and Commission Vacancies In compliance with California Government Code §54972, the City publishes a Local Appointments List at the end of each year showing all appointive terms which will expire during the next year. To be eligible for appointment to a board or commission,one must be a registered voter(except youth members) and must reside in the City of San Leandro and in the district in which the vacancy occurs.
