Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - February 21, 1995 Page - 12 - <br /> CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS (continued) <br /> Council Member Loeffler said he is in support of finding some kind of <br /> solution for our young people related to skateboarding. He said there <br /> is a need for the Council and Recreation and Parks Commission to come <br /> together with interested citizens to develop a solution. He said he <br /> saw a privately-owned rollerblade park in San Diego. <br /> Council Member Loeffler said the California Auto Magazine had an <br /> article encouraging people to drive to the San Leandro Marina. <br /> Council Member Loeffler wished Council Members Kerr and Myers Happy <br /> Birthday. <br /> E. Council Member Myers said, when he was on the Zoning Code Committee, he <br /> was told the "0" Zone would not change in any way with the new Zoning <br /> Code. He said he has now been told there were changes and asked for a <br /> report on what changes have been made from the original "0" Zone. <br /> Council Member Myers asked what type of voting authority is required <br /> for the City's votes at East Bay Dischargers Authority and asked if <br /> material must come to the City Council for direction prior to a vote. <br /> He requested a list of which Council Members are serving on outside <br /> agencies, what the terms are, and who appointed them. <br /> F. Mayor Corbett adjourned the meeting in memory of Joe Coppa and those <br /> who lost their lives at Iwo Jima. <br /> 10.
