(2024) On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Kerr, and carried by a majority vote (7) , the City Council approved the nomination of Trudie L. G. White to the Human Resources Commission (District 6) . C. Minute Order No. 95-11, Matter of Nomination of Member to Recreation and Parks Commission (District 1) - Ed Martin. (1020) On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Kerr, and carried by a majority vote (7) , the City Council approved the nomination of Ed Martin to the Recreation and Parks Commission (District 1) . D. Approval of Work Session Items Requiring Action. - Minute Order No. 95-12, Motion Authorizing the Fire Department to Explore Implementation of an Emergency Medical Dispatch Program with the Alameda County Sheriff's Department. (2678) On motion by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Perry, and carried by a majority vote (7) , the City Council authorized the Fire Department to explore implementation of an Emergency Medical Dispatch Program with the Alameda County Sheriff's Department. E. Report on Closed Session Actions Taken. The City Attorney reported that no final action was taken.
