Resolution Awarding San Leandro Civic Center Renovation Program, Phase <br /> 2, Project No. 94-8210, to the Lowest Responsible Bidder, and Waiving <br /> Any and All Informalities or Minor Irregularities in the Bid <br /> (recommends award to the low bidder for bid amount of $5,965, 154) . <br /> City Attorney Steve Meyers explained the protests regarding the low bid <br /> have been reviewed and determined to lack merit, and staff recommends <br /> awarding the contract to West Bay Builders on the basis of their low <br /> bid. He said all bidders were prequalified, therefore, this bidder has <br /> all the requisite skills to perform the work. <br /> Public comments were invited; there were none. <br /> • <br />
