Approval of Work Session Items Requiring Action. <br /> - Minute Order No. 95-17, Motion Accepting Comprehensive Annual <br /> Financial Report (CAFR) for Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 1994. <br /> (1033) <br /> On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval , seconded <br /> by Council Member Perry, and carried by a majority vote (7) , the <br /> City Council accepted the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report <br /> (CAFR) for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 1994. <br /> - Comparison of "0" and "RO" District Standards and Their Relationship <br /> to General Residential Standards. <br /> Council Member Myers requested that staff prepare an ordinance <br /> changing the "RO" Zone back to how it was before the adoption of the <br /> new Zoning Code. He also requested that the neighbors be notified. <br /> The City Attorney asked if the Council wanted the general <br /> residential requirements that apply to all residential districts <br /> changed back to the old requirements for the "RO" Zone; the Council <br /> said this is what they wanted. <br /> The following Motion was then introduced: <br /> Minute Order No. 95-18, Matter of Comparison of "0" and "RO" <br /> District Standards and Their Relationship to General Residential <br /> Standards. <br /> On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval , seconded <br /> by Council Member Loeffler, and carried by a majority vote (7) , the <br /> City Council directed staff to begin the process of amending the <br /> Zoning Code to change General Residential Requirements of the new <br /> Zoning Code back to the General Residential Requirements of the old <br /> Zoning Code (as shown on Page 17 of the Agenda) for the "RO" Zoning <br /> District, and to discuss those changes with the affected homeowners' <br /> associations. <br /> G. Report on Closed Session Actions Taken. <br /> The City Attorney reported no final action was taken. <br />
